Innovation is the cornerstone of Affinidi’s Global Developer Ecosystem (GDE) unit and we constantly strive to nurture, develop, and empower new ideas.

We partner with developers, solopreneurs, startups, non-profit organizations, and others, as a part of our endeavor to build new applications in the Self-Sovereign Identity (SSI) space. Through such partnerships, we also strive to educate people on the benefits of SSI and enhance its overall adoption world over.

Keeping in tune with this commitment, Affinidi is proud to be the Diamond Partner for the “Hack the Mountains 2.0”, a 36 hour virtual Hackathon by the first-ever tech community from Jammu and Kashmir “SUDAN’S TECH ” on the 26th and 27th of June 2021.

What Do We Offer for the Participants?

The top 10 projects will be awarded a cash prize worth 10000 INR in ETH. Also, the submitted projects will be featured in our blog posts and social media announcements. A Winner Verifiable Credential will be awarded as well.

All other submissions have the opportunity to apply for internships and full-time roles at Affinidi. Besides, we also provide mentorship support for teams that would like to take the idea further.

What’s Your Challenge?

Build a Proof of Concept (PoC) or integrate it into an application/idea you’re working on by leveraging Affinidi’s technology stack and build meaningful applications identifying the Issuer(s), Verifier(s), and Holder(s) within your framework.

Your submission should be a Proof of Concept (PoC) application demonstrating a Verifiable Credential-based use case that uses Affinidi’s APIs and/or SDK. It should cover the issuance and/or verification of the VC and must have a working demo of the same.
